No agency fee.

The charges include:
  • high speed unlimited Internet/Wifi
  • electricity up to 15 KWh/day
  • water up to 0.25 m3/day/person

  • the tax on household waste
Not included :
  • final cleaning 50 €
  • housing tax (if applicable)
  • home insurance
Security deposit: 600 €
