No agency fee.

The charges include:
  • unlimited fiber Internet/Wifi
  • electricity from 50 to 160 KWh/month depending on the type of heating
  • water up to 0.10 m3/day
  • condominium fees
  • the tax on household waste

Optional:
House linen kit for 10€/month including:
  • bed linen (2 fitted sheets, 2 duvet covers, 4 pillowcases)
  • bathroom linen (2 bath sheets, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat)

Not included :
  • final cleaning 50 €
  • housing tax (if applicable)
  • home insurance
Security deposit: 600 €
A deposit will be needed in order to make the reservation.
